Twelve South does not offer a refund for any shipping paid on the original order, no matter the reason for the return.
All returns must be shipped back to us using the return label we provide or via the method of the customer's choice that provides a tracking number. In the case of delivery problems, we will be unable to assist you unless tracking can be provided which indicates the package was successfully delivered to our warehouse.
After 30 days, a replacement for a defective product may be requested for up to one year from the date of purchase, but no refunds can be issued beyond 30 days of purchase.
A Twelve South product purchased from anywhere but twelvesouth.com must be returned to the retailer from whom it was purchased in accordance with their individual return policies.
