Scratches and scuffs are not only common, but a deliberate part of the manufacturing process and are not considered manufacturing defects. No BookBook will look exactly like the pictures on the website, nor will any two look exactly alike. Scratches and scuffs are not manufacturing defects and are not covered by the warranty.
