Chances are not good that we'll be able to change the address for an order once it's been submitted because we ship very quickly, however, if you email your order number and the new address immediately after placing the order to support@twelvesouth.com, we'll do our best to assist you.
Note that we are not able to guarantee an address change no matter how quickly you send your request. If the order has already shipped or our warehouse has started processing the order - which can happen within moments of submitting the order - an address change or correction will not be possible, nor will we be able to cancel or intercept it for you.
If your order is already on its way to an INTERNATIONAL address: We will not be able to correct the address for you. Please track your package on www.fedex.com or www.dhl.com and after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, contact the carrier in your country to provide them with the correct address.
