My Twelve South product was purchased or shipped to me in the US. May I have my replacement shipped to another country?

If your Twelve South product was purchased in or shipped to you in the US, we will be happy to ship a warranty replacement to you in another country, but you will be responsible for all shipping charges including VATs, duties, and brokerage fees.
