BookBooks are hand-distressed so that they look like used, vintage books, even when brand new. Scratches, scuffs, or spots are not only common but a deliberate part of the manufacturing process and are not considered manufacturing defects. No BookBook will look exactly like the pictures on the website, nor will any two look exactly like each other.
