We ship orders to hotels on a regular basis. We recommend you enter "Guest" after your name (on the same line) in the SHIP TO section of the order form, then fill in the name and address of the hotel. Be sure to provide your cell phone number in case of delivery problems.
It is advisable for you to let the front desk at the hotel know that you are expecting a package when you check in, then track your package so you know the day and time it was received and the name of the hotel employee who signed for it.
NOTE: If your package says it was delivered to your hotel but the front desk does not have it, please be sure the ask the front desk to check the loading dock.
