Within one business day of our warehouse receiving and inspecting the items from our factory and deeming them “ready to ship”, your entire order will be shipped together at the same time. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is processed.
Only in unforeseen and unavoidable situations, such as shipping delays due to supply chain issues, inclement weather, Customs clearance issues, or products being damaged in shipping, will order fulfillment take more than 3 weeks after the pre-order is taken.
