Does Twelve South require a signature for the delivery of packages?

Twelve South does not and cannot require signatures for package delivery, and leaving a package unattended at a door is up to the discretion of the individual delivery driver.  We are not able to compel drivers to simply leave the package at your door, nor can we prevent them from doing so.
 
We recommend you have your order shipped to a location where someone will be available to receive and sign for the package during business hours.
