No. If your package is returned to Twelve South for any reason, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. This includes any shipping fee initially paid, plus any return shipping fees and other costs incurred by Twelve South. In some countries, this includes VATs and duties which must be paid, even if the package is returned to us or abandoned.
