How do I know which device I have?

First, find your model number (located on the back of your device). It will begin with the letter A followed by 4 numbers. You can then enter your model number into our Product Finder search bar and we will let you know which device you have and which of our products are compatible with your device.



For newer devices, your model number may not be located on the back of the device.  You will need to find the model number information in your device settings. 

iPhone

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to General
3. Go to About 
4. Scroll to Model field (right below Carrier). You should see the part number that begins with "M."  
5. Tap the Model field. You should see the field update to show a five-digit number that begins with "A." This is your model number. 

Apple Watch

1. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone. 
2. Tap the My Watch tab, then tap General > About.
3. Find the Model field. You should see the part number that begins with "M."  
4. Tap the Model field. You should see the field update to show a five-digit number that begins with "A." This is your model number.
