Replacements: You will receive an automatic email with your replacement order number and tracking number as soon as the replacement is ready to ship so you know when to expect delivery.Refunds: All refunds are issued through the original credit card on which the purchase was charged. Once we issue the refund, the funds are transferred from our account to your bank. It is then up to them to post the refund to your account, and it is not uncommon for banks to take up to 10 business days to post refunds to the credit card. If your refund is not reflected on your account within 10 business days of the refund, please call the telephone number on the back of your credit card to ask the bank about the delay.
