No. If you refuse your shipment at the time of delivery, the cost of shipping (including any initial shipping costs PLUS the return shipping costs) will be deducted from the refund you receive when the carrier delivers it back to our warehouse.
Please note that return shipping fees are often higher than the initial shipping fees because the carriers do not apply company discounted prices to returns.
POLICY: All returns must be shipped back at the customer's expense to Twelve South with a Return Authorization (click here to start a return). If the customer opts to ship the item back without using our return label, we strongly recommend a shipping service that provides a tracking number. If your return is lost in shipping and a tracking number cannot be provided showing proof of delivery to our warehouse, Twelve South will not be able to issue a refund or send a replacement item. In this situation, you will need to file a claim with the carrier for reimbursement.
