Please note that return shipping fees are often higher than the initial shipping fees because the carriers do not apply company discounted prices to returns.
POLICY: All returns must be shipped back at the customer's expense to Twelve South with a Return Authorization number provided by Customer Support (firstname.lastname@example.org). We strongly recommend shipping the product back with a shipping service that provides a tracking number. If your return is lost in shipping and a tracking number cannot be provided showing proof of delivery to our warehouse, Twelve South will not be able to issue a refund or send a replacement item. In this situation, you will need to file a claim with the carrier for reimbursement.
