If the item you received is different than the item shown on your order confirmation, please send a clear photo of the incorrect item and the packaging to support@twelvesouth.com. Once the mis-ship has been verified, we will ship the correct item to you and provide you with a prepaid label to return the incorrect item.
If an item is missing, please let us know as soon as you open the package, and kindly let us know whether the shipping box appeared to be damaged or had signs of tampering.
